Coordinator (Estates) - 6 Month Contract

Fixed Term Contract 


Location: Bristol City Centre

Team: Estates

Working Hours: 37.5 per week between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm

Salary: Competitive

This is a six month fixed term contract

What we look for in you

  • Your hands on experience in coordinating, planning or project management will see you hit the ground running
  • To have good knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel
  • As you`ll be managing the progress of forecasts and plans, you`ll need to be a confident influencer and able to engage with people at all levels across the business
  • You`ll have good initiave and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
  • Most of all, you`ll be someone who can respect, encourage and connect with the people you work with

What you`ll get up to as Coordinator

To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be:

  • producing 90-day forecasts and 28 Day Plans
  • managing the communication of and any changes required to forecasts and plans
  • meeting with stakeholders to address possible conflicts and risks
  • supporting the delivery of statutory compliance for all buildings
  • assisting with the vendor management process
