Personal Assistant

City: Central London (W1)

Flexible Working: We offer hybrid working - blend of home and office working

Hours: 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £30,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Role

In this role you`ll be providing a support and administration function to the University Partnership Director and working closely with the Property Development team.

To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be:

  • Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, prioritising appointments, projects and deadlines
  • Producing appropriate agendas, reports and minutes
  • Managing emails, letters, handling telephone calls
  • Preparing internal and external presentations and reports to a high standard
  • Booking travel and accommodation and producing subsequent itineraries and completing monthly expenses

  • Organising various events

What we look for in you:

  • Successful experience of organising and prioritising workload and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to establish a strong rapport with senior management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent proof reading and document layout skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook
