Regional Estates Management 
Up to £29,000 + Bonus + Benefits 


Location: You will be working at multiple properties in Bristol city centre

Hours and Rota: 37.5 per week working between the hours of 8am - 8pm. Some weekend work will be required. You will also be on call 1 in every 8 weeks

Salary: Up to £29,000 + bonus + benefits

  • You`ll have experience working as a Joiner
  • You`ll have experience in a customer facing role
  • A good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Most of all, you`ll be someone who can respect, encourage and connect with the people you work with and the students who live with us

Qualifications Required

  • NVQ Level 2 (England) or SVQ Level 2 (Scotland) in a wood trade
  • Minimum of City and Guilds 6706 Level 3
  • Driving licence valid for driving in the UK

What you`ll get up to as a Joiner

To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be:

  • Providing a high standard of specialist carpentry / joinery works to our student accommodation
  • Fire door inspections, door repairs, hanging and adjustment
  • First fix, flooring, roofing, stairs, skirting and moulding
  • Working with suited locking systems, both mechanical and electronic
  • Basic plastering and plumbing
  • Providing reactive maintenance support, including emergency building works and summer projects
  • Ensuring that all works are conducted to the highest safety and quality standards and in line with regulations
