Technical Manager - South West

Regional Estates Management 
Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits 

Location: South West

Team: Estates Technical Team

Working Hours: 37.5 per week between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be:

  • Supporting the delivery of delivering planned and reactive maintenance
  • Ensuring our third party partners deliver to their agreed schedule and scope
  • Providing monthly reports on the Regions Compliance status to the regional estates manager
  • Acting as technical support to the Estates team

What we look for in you:

  • Supervisory or management experience in a Mechanical and Electrical engineering role
  • NICEIC 17th Edition qualified
  • NVQ Level 3 qualified and City and Guilds 236 Part 1 and 2
  • Experience in maintenance of Fire Alarm and Smoke Ventilation systems
  • Previous experience of Maintenance, Test, Inspection and Certification of domestic and commercial properties
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to build relationships internally and with 3rd party suppliers
