Student Experience Team Leader
Location: Avon Point
Salary: £26,789 - £31,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Student Experience Team Leaders work 5 days out of 7,between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis.

You will be:
- Relationship Building: You ll build and keep strong connections with important partners, like universities, and engage effectively with senior leadership to ensure collaborative success
- Sales Growth: You ll work to bring in more people to our community, aiming to meet specific goals.
- Team Leadership: You ll manage your team s daily work, assign tasks, set goals, and work together with them.
- Team Development: You ll support your team s learning and growth, helping them improve their skills.
- Community Building: You ll create a welcoming environment, ensure your team helps residents, and organize events for everyone to enjoy.
What we`re looking for:
- Ready to Lead: Demonstrated experience in a team leadership or supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality or retail sector, coupled with a strong desire to assume immediate leadership responsibilities.
- Clear and Effective Communication: You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to listen carefully, explain things clearly, and confidently share your ideas with senior leaders within the organization.
- Effective Task Delegation: You can assign responsibilities to team members fairly, considering their individual strengths.
- Proactive Team Participation: You are willing to actively engage in tasks alongside your team.
- Composure in Challenging Situations: You maintain calmness and focus, even in difficult or high-pressure environments.
- Sales Acumen: Bonus points if you have sales experience, specifically within the property sector.
