Customer Technologies

Customers are the reason we wake up in the morning. We help our colleagues deliver a Home for Success by helping to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary, ensuring they have all they need to support students and guardians - from viewings and bookings through to in-building support and more. We also facilitate our Higher Education and Agents partnerships to help domestic and international students find a home near their chosen university.

The Role

As a CRM Business Analyst, you will join a passionate and friendly delivery team within our thriving technology department. We are looking for an experienced customer focused person to help drive improvements to our business processes and efficiency within our Salesforce CRM platform.

Using your considerable Salesforce experience, and taking a hands-on approach, you will elicit and document business requirements around business challenges and opportunities, and then help to create data driven solutions that are pragmatic and business value driven. You will be the go-to person when it comes to communication between Tech and Business stakeholders to ensure all involved work together to attain the best results.

What you`ll be doing

  • Take a leading role in the onboarding of our CRM, ensuring business requirements map to the necessary capabilities within the platform, utilising Out Of The Box functionality at all times.
  • Elicit functional and non-functional requirements, working with the Product teams to understand the priorities and risks of change.
  • Be the champion of a world class customer and employee experience, through simplified processes that are intuitive and flexible.
  • Gather and work with customer research, User Experience and Insight to put customer value at the heart of decision making.
  • Work collaboratively with all relevant areas of the business to ensure adoption and advocacy of the CRM products and features.

What we`re looking for in you

  • Customer focused sector experience in one/all of the following: sales, marketing, customer service, customer relationship management, market research.
  • Knowledge of some (all) of the following Salesforce functional areas: AppExchange, automation, collaboration, data management, reports and dashboards, sales/service/lightning core, and marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with knowledge of data driven intelligence systems, that will drive interaction behaviour.
  • The ability to effectively document customer centric business processes, and then apply these to the functional capabilities of the CRM platform.
  • Excellent communications skills including inspiring trust and influence, communicating information in a clear and commercial manner, adapting style for different audiences and levels of understanding.
