The Role

Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager, you`ll take ownership of delivering high-quality, well-designed business intelligence solutions, working closely with stakeholders across the business to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight that drives confident decision-making.

What You`ll Be Doing

  • Designing and developing engaging, intuitive Tableau dashboards that turn complex data into actionable insight.
  • Enhancing and optimising existing reporting solutions to improve usability, accuracy, and business value.
  • Supporting the ongoing management and optimisation of the Tableau Cloud platform.
  • Partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  • Working closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure reporting requirements are accurately reflected within the data warehouse.
  • Championing best practice in data visualisation and storytelling, helping to drive self-service analytics across the business.
  • Contributing BI expertise to wider cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Providing ad-hoc analytical support and collaborating on broader initiatives within the Data & Insight team.

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders through clear communication and trusted expertise.
  • Supporting the wider success of the Data & Insight team and contributing to key business objectives.

What We`re Looking For

  • Strong experience in data visualisation and analytics, with the ability to create clear, insightful, and actionable dashboards.
  • Proven experience with BI tools, ideally Tableau.
  • Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work across a variety of teams and stakeholders.
  • A genuine passion for data visualisation and continuous learning, with an interest in industry trends and best practice.

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms or data warehouses such as Databricks or Snowflake.
  • Experience with Tableau Cloud administration or support.
  • Awareness of UX and user-centred dashboard design principles.
  • Experience designing dashboards for both desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Exposure to the full analytics lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through to delivery and ongoing support.
