The Role

Reporting to the Senior Supplier Relationship Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator to play a key role in supporting Supplier Relationship Management activities while working closely with a dynamic Procurement team.

This position offers broad exposure across a range of procurement initiatives, providing valuable hands-on experience and a strong foundation for career development within the field. It`s an ideal role for someone looking to build their expertise and progress within procurement.

We`re looking for someone who is proactive and enthusiastic about working with both internal and external stakeholders, with a genuine interest in data and the ability to analyse and interpret it to support decision-making.

What You`ll Be Doing

Support Supplier relationship Management in data capture and input to support relevant reporting / workstreams

• Attend / Lead cross functional Supplier performance reviews

• Take day to day ownership for the procurement intranet hub pages to ensure the provision of a quality self-serve reference support to the wider business

• Support the Data Analyst with reporting and related administrative activities as require

• Support any identified procurement benchmarking activities / projects to validate service quality and commercial opportunities

• Identify, develop and maintain key valued stakeholder relationships to drive continuous improvement initiatives for all procurement processes, particularly within the operational (24/7) functions
