The Role

Our Commercial Performance team has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Revenue Administrator to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role plays a vital part in our digital transformation journey, supporting the seamless migration from legacy systems to new platforms.

As we modernise how we manage inventory, pricing, and data synchronisation, you`ll be at the forefront, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data while helping to shape smoother, smarter processes for the future.

What You`ll Be Doing

  • Managing room inventory, availability, and pricing across multiple systems.
  • Performing precise manual data input and reconciliation tasks.
  • Actioning and tracking pricing and tenancy changes.
  • Setting up and maintaining short - term let rules and rate structures/ term let rules and rate structures.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in sales and revenue reporting.
  • Driving improvements in process management and data flow.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

What We`re Looking for in You

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical capabilities.
  • Adaptability and a proactive attitude toward change.
  • Confident IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (and ideally experience working with large data sets).
