The Role

Unite Students are looking for a proactive, detail-driven Business Development Coordinator to join our Bristol office and support our summer sales campaign. You`ll work closely with our Sales team to manage bookings, maintain data accuracy, and support customer relationships across the UK. Occasional travel to London or client meetings may be required.

What You`ll Be Doing

• Assist with sales bookings, contracts, and CRM updates (Salesforce & Excel)
• Monitor leads, qualify enquiries, and support prospecting efforts
• Help roll out a new CRM system and shape best practices
• Liaise with customers and city teams to prep for summer stays
• Handle escalations and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Ensure data compliance (GDPR) and uphold health & safety standards

• Strong Excel and CRM skills, with an eye for detail
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
• Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Self-starter with a positive, professional attitude
