The Role

Our fantastic Transformation team is looking for a part-time Project Administrator to join them at an incredibly exciting time for the business. We can be flexible on hours and will consider 20-30 hours per week based around school hours, mornings, 3-4 days per week etc,

The Project Administrator will be supporting the Transformation Office (TO) in their delivery of project across the business. Working closely with the Transformation Office leadership, they will be responsible for the TO mailbox, SharePoint pages as well as tracking and monitoring resources and supporting with organisation of team meetings and other activities.

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and have good communication and interpersonal skills.

This role is based in our Bristol office and is a 12 month fixed-term contract.

What You`ll Be Doing

  • Maintaining the Transformation Office SharePoint site and coordinating the inputs to the site from across the Transformation Office leadership team.
  • Managing the Transformation Office mailbox and shared calendar.
  • Supporting the Change Management Lead with maintenance of the Change Calendar.
  • Tracking and monitoring resources, including contract end dates and coordinating extensions paperwork.
  • Coordinating onboarding & offboarding processes for employee and contractor resources.
  • Liaising with other teams internally to ensure smooth running of the Transformation Office (such as IT; Talent Acquisition; Finance; Procurement)
  • Coordinating team activities, such as team meetings, morale activities.
  • Supporting with key project meetings, including scheduling, room bookings and taking minutes or actions.
  • Ad-hoc tasks to support projects and Transformation Office as needed.
  • Purchase Order management for the Transformation Office and Programmes

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Great interpersonal skills to work well with the team
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Experience of coordinating across several different people or teams
  • Knowledge of project lifecycle and different business transformation roles would be beneficial
