Reporting to the Reward & Benefits Manager, you will play a key role in supporting reward activity here at Unite.

The Reward & Benefits team support the delivery of a broad range of activities including compensation benefits, bonus and incentives, recognition and more.

The main focus of your role will be supporting our employee benefits offering and you will also support with broader reward activity such as our annual pay review and bonus processes, maintaining our employee recognition platform, reviewing our policies and processes and helping with data analysis to support decision making.

What You`ll Be Doing

• Help to build and maintain an attractive benefits offering to motivate and engage our employees, including recommending new benefits and enhancements to existing ones, preparing employee communications and supporting benefit renewals and benefit enrolment windows and maintaining our flexible benefits platform.
• Support the annual benefit communications calendar to drive employee awareness of our benefits offering - ensuring that communications are issued regularly, content is kept up to date and that benefit communications are timely and co-ordinated with wider business activity
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders e.g. wider People team,Finance, benefits suppliers and advisors to work in a collaborative and effective way
• Keep up to date with market developments and emerging trends within reward
• Provide data as required to support key Reward processes and activities, including annual pay review and bonus and benefits enrolment activity
• Assist the Reward & Benefits Manager in the development of reward guidelines and policies
• Support the Reward & Benefits Manager on Reward projects and ad hoc work as required

What We`re Looking for in You

• Background In Reward with a strong understanding of employee benefits, including flexible benefits, payroll and tax treatment of benefits and managing benefits enrolment windows and flexible benefits platforms
• Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities and projects
• Collaborative, enjoys working as part of a team
