Estates Supervisor

Location: You will be working at multiple properties in Newcastle City Centre

Hours and Rota: 37.5 hours per week, usually Monday to Friday but flexibility required

Salary: Up to £36,500 depending on experience + bonus + benefits

Essential: A driving licence valid for driving in the UK

What you`ll be doing as an Estates Supervisor

  • Inspiring the Maintenance team to deliver an excellent standard of work across a number of properties
  • Responding and attending to maintenance and Health and Safety related calls
  • Rectifying a wide range of faults and defects, both domestic and commercial
  • Managing budgets and organising the team`s working activities
  • Reporting and monitoring maintenance activity

What we`re looking for in you

  • Experience of supervising reactive and planned maintenance
  • Demonstrable experience of leading teams
  • Excellent working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and its application in the workplace
  • Experienced in managing 3rdparty contractors
