Unite Students’ recruitment process varies depending on the role. We use a combination of selection and assessment techniques including:
- Telephone, video and face to face interviewing
- Assessment centres
- Psychometric/ aptitude testing
- Personality profiling, and
- Skills based assessments
We do operate a standard 2 stage interview process, however at times we will change this to ensure that we are assessing appropriately for each role.
