It’s all about dealing with issues before they become problems – answering accounts queries, organising housekeeping and even managing debt recovery.
I love the customer interaction. You’re looking after students from all over the world and you get to build some great relationships. Yes, the job can be demanding and complicated at times, but it’s never boring.
