The Role

The Finance Administrator will support the Master Data Management Team in the introduction and development of processes and activities to improve the creation, control and data quality of key operational and functional data across Finance, bringing benefits to Unite as a whole.

This role reports to the Master Data Management Supervisor.

Core Role Responsibilities

  • IProc and Purchase Order Control, administration and query resolution
  • iProc Catalogues Administration
  • Fleet Administration
  • Travel and Accommodation users and account coordination
  • Gift Vouchers Administration
  • Supplier Onboarding Administration
  • Provide adhoc management information to support functional and business decisions
  • Project SME support

Improvement Initiatives and Project Deliverables

  • Encourage and develop greater control and discipline across our Procure to Pay processes
  • Clear SLAs for the Team`s deliverables and query resolution
  • Improvements to the collation, input and integrity of our data
  • Understanding the type of data we manage, and how it is used and relied on across the organization
  • Support and contribute to Finance impacting projects, including requirement gathering, subject matter expertise and testing.

  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet agreed deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience of an Oracle ERP
  • Good understanding of basic financial treatments and accounting
  • A self-starter who can demonstrate initiative
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • An ability to communicate at all levels and develop good working relationships
